The I.T.A. Agency provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Administrative support

• Business consulting & coaching

• Digital marketing & content creation

• Indie artist resources

• Website and tech setup

• Audio/video production
  Custom service packages are created based on your specific needs. Scope creep (aka throwing in extra stuff) may result in additional fees.

• Payment is due upfront before work begins unless otherwise agreed.

• Monthly retainer packages are invoiced at the start of the service month.

• Hourly and a la carte work is billed in advance or as a minimum 2-hour block.

• Late payments over 7 days will incur a 10% late fee.

• No-shows or unpaid invoices may result in terminated services.

• Coaching and strategy calls may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed calls without notice are considered forfeit.

• Retainer packages may be canceled with 14 days’ notice, but no refunds are issued for work already completed or scheduled for the current month.

• Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

• Priority/rush services may be available for an additional fee.

• Communication is conducted via email, Trello, Notion, or client portal (as assigned).

• Office hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm CST. Weekend responses are not guaranteed.

• Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions (outlined in your proposal or scope doc).

• Additional revisions may incur extra billing at the standard hourly rate.

• Final deliverables are shared via Google Drive or agreed-upon platform.

• Due to the custom nature of services, all sales are final.

• If you are unhappy with the service, please communicate early — we’ll work together to resolve it professionally.

• No refunds will be issued for partially completed work, missed sessions, or “change of mind” cancellations.

• All content, documents, and materials shared by the Client remain confidential.

• The I.T.A. Agency agrees not to share, reuse, or disclose your materials without consent.

• Final, paid-for deliverables become the Client’s property unless otherwise noted.

• Drafts, templates, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of The I.T.A. Agency.

The I.T.A. Agency reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client exhibiting abusive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior. You’re a human. So are we. Let’s act like it.

The I.T.A. Agency is not liable for losses, delays, or damages resulting from system failures, 3rd-party platforms (Google, Wix, Canva, etc.), or incomplete information from the Client.

By making a payment, booking a call, or entering a working relationship, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to these Terms of Service.
