The Collective was created with a long-term vision of supporting Pathways Forward and its mission.

A place to heal. A place to grow. A place to begin again.

Pathways Forward began as a dream to confront inequality, neglect, and abuse experienced by system-impacted individuals and families. Too often, people who have been impacted by the justice system are reduced to their circumstances, overlooked by their communities, and defined by the systems they have encountered.

Pathways Forward exists to imagine something different.

Our vision is to create a place where system-impacted individuals can heal, grow, create, support one another, discover purpose, and experience something every human being deserves: Love, belonging, and the opportunity to become more than what happened to them. We believe that healing can create a ripple effect. When people have the opportunity to heal, they can begin to build healthier families, stronger communities, and new paths forward for the people who come after them.

Hurt people hurt people. Healed people heal others.

Pathways Forward is currently in its foundational stage as we work to bring this vision to life. The programs, initiatives, and community resources represented below are part of the larger vision for Pathways Forward and the work we intend to develop.

We're not waiting for the perfect moment to begin building. We're building the foundation now.

That means developing the organization's infrastructure, establishing its programs, creating its visual identity, handling the administrative and legal groundwork, and preparing Pathways Forward to eventually serve the people it was created for.

We're Building the Vision

You can be part of the beginning.

Contributions made during this foundational stage help us cover the costs associated with bringing Pathways Forward into existence, including organizational formation, professional services, branding and design, administrative infrastructure, technology, and other necessary startup expenses.

Our current visual concepts and program identities are part of the development process. Final branding is being professionally developed as we continue building the organization.
