What does your business need to work better?
Some businesses need to be built. Some need to be cleaned up. Others have a solid foundation but need capable support to keep everything moving.
I.T.A. works with entrepreneurs, independent professionals, and growing small businesses at different stages. You do not need to know the perfect terminology or diagnose the problem before contacting us.
Tell us what is happening, what you already have, and what you are trying to accomplish. We’ll help determine the right level of support.
-
The systems are built. Now the work has to keep moving.
Operations Partner provides ongoing support for businesses that need help managing recurring responsibilities behind the scenes.
Depending on the approved agreement, that may include administrative work, client communication and follow-up, website updates, platform management, marketing coordination, file maintenance, project coordination, research, reporting, and process management.
Support is provided within a defined number of reserved hours and an approved scope. Operations Partner services require a three-month service agreement.
-
Keep the business moving while you focus on clients and closings.
Real estate moves quickly, but the files, follow-up, scheduling, communication, and business operations still have to keep up.
I.T.A. provides administrative and operational support for real estate professionals who need stronger organization behind their work.
Depending on the approved scope, support may include:
Client and contact-database organization
File and document management
Scheduling and deadline tracking
Client communication and follow-up
Listing and marketing coordination
Forms, templates, and business documents
Workflow and process organization
Task and project tracking
Recurring administrative support
Services are customized around the professional’s business, brokerage requirements, and the responsibilities that may be delegated.
Real Estate Administrative Support may be provided through an ongoing Operations Partner agreement or as a defined custom project.
-
Dependable support for proceedings, records, and the details that cannot be left scattered.
Legal proceedings and records require attention, organization, and a reliable process.
I.T.A. provides digital court reporting and legal-records support for attorneys, law firms, agencies, legal professionals, and other approved clients.
Depending on the engagement, services may include:
Digital proceeding preparation and support
Monitoring and organizing digital audio
Maintaining proceeding notes and related files
Exhibit and document organization
Legal-records administration
File naming and records-management systems
Scheduling and communication support
Research and administrative coordination
Other agreed legal-support responsibilities
The exact service will be defined according to the assignment, the client’s requirements, and any requirements that apply to the proceeding or jurisdiction.
Digital Court Reporting & Legal Records Support may be provided for a defined assignment, a custom project, or an ongoing support agreement.
Four Ways We Can Help
I.T.A.’s services are organized into four paths. Your proposal will identify the work included in your project. The examples below are possibilities, not a promise that every item is included automatically.
-
Make it easier for customers to find you, understand you, and contact you.
People should not have to play detective to figure out what your business does.
Online Presence Build helps establish or improve the connected pieces customers use to find and interact with your business online.
Depending on the approved scope, your project may include:
A Squarespace website
Professional business email
Google Business Profile setup or optimization
Social-media account setup
Linktree or a simple landing page
Contact, inquiry, booking, or lead-capture tools
Coordination of approved brand elements
Connections between your primary online platforms
Website and platform handoff instructions
I.T.A. currently builds complete websites using Squarespace. Subscription fees, domains, professional email, and other third-party costs are separate unless your proposal specifically says otherwise.

Get the important information out of your head and into systems you can actually use.
If the whole business lives in your memory, it becomes difficult to stay consistent, bring in help, or step away without everything stopping.
Backend Business Build creates stronger organization, processes, and documentation around the way your business actually works.
Depending on the approved scope, your project may include:
Client intake and onboarding processes
Forms and booking systems
File and folder organization
Internal workflows
Standard operating procedures
Templates and business documents
Client-communication processes
Recordkeeping systems
Platform organization
Simple automations
Project or task-management setup
Documentation and handoff instructions
This is not a random bundle of templates. The backend is built around what your business needs to function more clearly and consistently.

Ongoing support for the work that keeps coming back.
Some responsibilities do not end when the setup is finished. Emails still need responses. Information changes. Clients need follow-up. Projects need coordination. Somebody still has to keep an eye on the moving pieces.
Operations Partner provides recurring support within reserved hours and an approved scope of responsibility.
Depending on the agreement, support may include:
Administrative work
Client communication and follow-up
Website and business-information updates
Platform management
Marketing and content coordination
File and record maintenance
Project coordination
Process management
Research and reporting
Other agreed operational responsibilities
Operations Partner is not unlimited access, unlimited tasks, or full-time employment. Every agreement clearly identifies what is being managed, the reserved hours, responsibilities, communication process, and service period.
A three-month service agreement and payment for the three-month service period are required before ongoing support begins.
Starting Price: $500 per month

Sometimes you already know what needs to be done. You just need someone to do it properly.
Hourly and Custom Support is for a defined task, short-term need, or custom project that does not require a complete build or ongoing agreement.
This may be a good fit when you need:
A specific system or platform organized
A form, workflow, or document created
A business profile or account set up
Research completed and organized
A short administrative project handled
Help correcting or completing an existing setup
Support that does not fit neatly into another service path
Smaller projects are still professionally scoped. Pricing depends on the time, complexity, tools, outside expenses, and expertise required.
Quote Required
(Custom projects are quoted according to scope, complexity, timeline, technical requirements, and outside costs.)
-
We do not price every project the same because every business is not starting from the same place.
Pricing may depend on:
Your current setup
The number of platforms, documents, or systems involved
Project complexity
Required turnaround
Reserved support hours
Contractor or specialist costs
Third-party subscriptions and outside expenses
You will receive a written price and defined scope before work begins. You will not be signed up for work or outside expenses that were not approved.
-
1. Tell us what you need.
Complete an inquiry or book a discovery call. You can explain the problem in your own words. You do not need to arrive knowing which service to select.
2. We review what is happening.
We’ll look at what you already have, what is not working, what may be missing, and what outcome you are trying to create.
3. We recommend the right support.
You may need an Online Presence Build, Backend Business Build, Operations Partner agreement, Hourly and Custom Support, or a combination built around the project.
4. You receive a defined proposal.
Before work begins, you will receive the approved scope, price, estimated timeline, responsibilities, exclusions, and applicable third-party costs.
5. We put the work in motion.
Once the agreement is signed, payment is received, and onboarding begins, I.T.A. starts building, organizing, coordinating, or managing the approved work.
NOT SURE WHERE TO START?
That is completely fine.
You do not need to sort your problem into the perfect service category before contacting us. Tell us what is taking too much time, what feels scattered, or what you have been trying to get finished.
We’ll help you identify the right next step.
